As a Solution Consultant, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and customer adoption. You’ll help ensure customers succeed by bridging business needs with solutions and providing enablement support.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative the company Cloud features in real-world customer environments.
- Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.
- Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.
- Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.
- 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
- Hands‑on full‑stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, Dev Ops, automated testing, and packaging.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.
- Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.
- Works effectively with limited guidance from others, consistently applying established best practices and standards.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.
- Consulting versatility, communication skills, and industry empathy.
- Ownership mindset: delivery, quality, cost, scope, timeline.
- Cultural fit with Inno Co Dev : empowerment, accountability, transparency, agility, risk‑taking.
The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full‑time position is $78,000 - $97,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full‑time positions or part‑time roles working 30 hours or more a week at the company are eligible for benefits that support their health and well‑being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
