Python, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, Software Engineer
We are partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed software startup modernizing the nuclear energy industry. The team is building mission-critical enterprise software that dramatically reduces the massive documentation and compliance burden faced by nuclear facilities. The stack is full-stack JavaScript/Python, with React on the frontend and Python (FastAPI preferred) on the backend, though experience with other modern frontend frameworks and Django or Flask is also welcome.
This is a chance to work on greenfield products that replace entire manual workflows with machine-learning–driven automation—software that directly cuts costs and improves efficiency in one of the most complex, documentation-heavy industries in the world. They’re hiring mid- to senior-level engineers who thrive in startup environments, love building from scratch, and want real ownership over what they ship. You’ll join a small but growing core engineering team with significant influence over architecture, product direction, and new features.
The upside is real: rapid career growth, constant learning as new products are developed, and the ability to see your work have immediate, measurable impact—all while being part of a company scaling quickly and intentionally.
