Job Description:
Salesforce Engineer (Contractor) This role is for a Salesforce Engineer with 9+ years of experience, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The engineer will work across application development, integrations, and platform capabilities, while also leveraging AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, generative AI, and Copilot tools) to enhance development productivity and solution design.
· Core Expectations:
Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and platform capabilities Build reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standards Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware Apply core platform principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP concepts Leverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules, etc.) alongside custom development where appropriate Utilize AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, Data Cloud ) to accelerate development, analysis, and solutioning Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub, Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes

High-quality, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and architectural standards Effective use of AI capabilities to improve developer productivity and solution quality Reliable and scalable integrations with clear data flow and system boundaries Improved development efficiency through reusable components and streamlined processes Strong alignment between business requirements and implemented solutions with minimal rework Preferred certifications – Salesforce Admin, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce PD 1 / 2, JavaScript Developer 1
