We are hiring an experienced Service Now Developer to join an enterprise Platform Engineering team supporting ITSM and ITAM initiatives.
This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Service Now platform while driving workflow automation and enterprise service management solutions.
Required Skills- 3+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Sec Ops modules
- Expertise in JavaScript and Service Now scripting
- Hands‑on experience with Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- ACLs
- Flow Designer
- Service Now Application Development
- Experience building REST APIs and integrations using JSON
- Agile/Scrum experience with Jira
- Ability to participate across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Conceptual Architecture knowledge
- Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus
