Role Overview
The Service Now Developer will support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise ITSM and ITAM solutions. This role focuses on building scalable workflows, enhancing platform capabilities, and enabling efficient service delivery through automation and seamless integrations.
What You Will Do- Develop and enhance Service Now applications across ITSM and ITAM modules to support business operations.
- Configure platform components, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in the full development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate collaborates across multiple technology domains to ensure successful platform implementation, operational stability, and high-quality outcomes from Service Now-driven IT service management and automation solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Service Now platform development
- Strong knowledge of Service Now modules such as ITSM and ITAM
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Service Now scripting (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs)
- Experience with Flow Designer and application development within Service Now
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
