Position Summary The Senior Applications Developer (.NET Development Team) develops, analyzes, troubleshoots, and supports enterprise .NET-based applications responsible for core financial and accounting systems. As a key member of the development team, this role is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of client and server software solutions that align with critical business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on professional experience.
8+ years of professional programming experience, with at least 3 years focused on full-lifecycle software development.
Proven background in designing and developing client/server architectures.
AI Tooling & Integration Experience (Required): 1 to 2 years of hands-on software development experience hand-coding application logic using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, VS Code AI extensions) and/or programmatically building enterprise features integrated with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.

Technical Knowledge & Competencies

Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), database principles, and unit testing methodologies.
Strong grasp of Application Security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
Proficiency in RESTful API architecture, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and complex XML Schema Definitions (XSD).

Technical & AI Tooling Skills

Core .NET Stack: Advanced proficiency with MS Visual Studio, .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC pattern, Entity Framework, , and Dependency Injection.
Database & Scripting: Strong skills in T-SQL programming, database design, and JavaScript.
Dev Ops & Version Control: Experience using Azure Dev Ops and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
AI Tooling Competency: Demonstrated ability to hand-code robust application logic while leveraging AI-assisted coding environments and programmatically developing integrations via modern AI frameworks (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude).
