• Proven experience leading engineering teams and/or technical projects
• Strong full‑stack development background with React and Node.js
• Expertise with Type Script
• Deep AWS cloud experience, particularly serverless architectures
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related cloud‑native services
• Experience mentoring distributed or offshore development teams
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, and delivery best practices
• Experience building applications from business requirements through production deployment

• AWS CDK and Cloud Formation experience
• Redux expertise
• Experience with RDS/MySQL
• Familiarity with Cloud Front and S3
• Knowledge of security permissions, access controls, and cloud governance
• Experience working in innovation, R&D, or rapid prototyping environments
• Exposure to modern AI‑assisted development tools
