Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.
Own the software lifecycle, from requirement analysis through maintenance.
Write high-quality code, perform reviews, mentor staff, and support UX design.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-8 years in data/database engineering (with expert-level PostgreSQL proficiency) and a few years of Python development.
Data Pipelines:
Proven experience in zero-loss database migrations and CDC architecture (e.g., Debezium, Kafka Connect).
Technical

Skills:

Advanced SQL/No

SQL proficiency, including schema evolution (Avro/Protobuf), migration script development, and OLAP query optimization.
Distributed Systems:
Strong background in async processing, system reliability, and building data pipelines for AI/ML or agent systems.
Cloud & Dev Ops:
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline
