Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, microservices, system design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Vert.x, Reactive Programming, and Distributed Systems. This role will lead backend development, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure successful project delivery.
