Golang Engineer

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Golang Engineer to join their team. As a Golang Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting backend services and API development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 53/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to support various applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate on data modeling and integration with Cassandra Database
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of professional software development experience using Go (Golang)
• Strong proficiency in Go frameworks, libraries, and development best practices
• Good understanding of Java, with the ability to read, troubleshoot, and work with existing Java codebases
• Hands-on experience with Cassandra Database, including data modeling and query design
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and code reviews
