• The Women in the Game Conference is a one-day leadership and career exploration event focused on inspiring and supporting women at the high school, college, and early-career level. The conference features guest speakers and panelists from a variety of sports careers who share their personal journeys, lessons learned, and advice for navigating the sports industry.

• Exposure to women leaders across college athletics, sports media, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and related fields
  Insight into real career paths within the sports industry
• Practical advice on the skills, characteristics, and experiences that contribute to long-term success
• Networking opportunities with peers and professionals pursuing similar career goals
• Following the event, attendees are eligible to apply for the USA Basketball Women in the Game Mentorship Program, which connects mentees with experienced professionals through virtual meetings.
