About the Opportunity

We’re a dynamic, family-owned Part 91 flight department in the Phoenix area, flying top-of-the-line Bombardier Global 5000/6500 aircraft. As a Captain with us, you’ll enjoy a highly desirable schedule—fewer than 300 flight hours per year—offering a perfect balance of professional achievement and personal life.

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on Global 5000/6500 flights, maintaining the highest safety standards and exceptional passenger service.
• Conduct full flight planning: performance, fuel, weather, and route selection.
• Verify aircraft airworthiness and compliance with all regulations.
• Lead crews with effective CRM, coordinating with SICs, flight attendants, maintenance, and ground teams.
• Maintain strict confidentiality for high-net-worth passengers.
• Keep all training and certifications current, including recurrent simulator sessions and medicals.

• BD-700 type rating with PIC authorization.
• Valid First Class (or equivalent) medical certificate.
• Impeccable safety record and strong communication skills.
• Experience with international operations and willingness to travel globally.
• Military and/or large-cabin business jet experience preferred.
