, introducing a one‑of‑a‑kind sightseeing and afternoon tea experience to the Southwest.

We are looking for professional, dependable Bus Drivers to join the founding team for Tea Around Town® Phoenix
. You will operate our specialty double‑decker buses while delivering a polished, hospitality‑forward experience to guests. As part of a new market launch, your role will be critical in establishing service excellence from day one.

• Safely operate double‑decker buses along designated Tea Around Town® Phoenix routes.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required operational documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and team members.
• Provide a professional, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

• Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger endorsement (required).
• Experience driving commercial passenger vehicles such as buses or shuttles preferred.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
