BHS Maintenance Supervisor - PHX

ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a comprehensive range of ground aviation services, encompassing ticketing, ground handling, cabin cleaning, and cargo handling.

ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations.

ERMC Aviation is seeking a supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Inspecting all the areas of the airport, including airside, landside, and terminal facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with airport policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an airport.
• Acting as liaisons between airlines and other companies that operate at the airport.
• Responsible for landside and airside maintenance, organizing, inventorying, ordering, and purchasing airport supplies.
• Responding to emergencies in a command role as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF), Alternate Airport Security Coordinator (ASC).

• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Previous experience in an airport environment.
• Experience in Industrial maintenance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government  social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
