Fleet Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of our transport trucks. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment, maintain clear communication with field teams, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Manage the daily dispatching of transport trucks.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups to meet project schedules.
• Communicate with field operations to confirm timing, locations, and priorities.
• Monitor driver schedules and adjust routes as needed to maximize efficiency.
• Track job completions and ensure accurate reporting of transport activity.
• Work closely with the Fleet Admin to support logistics and documentation.
• Report directly to the Fleet Manager on scheduling, performance, and issues.

• Must be bilingual Spanish.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adjust quickly to schedule changes.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or fleet software a plus.
• $20-$25/Hour (DOE)
