Field Service Technician (CDL A – Flatbed / Tanker / UCO / Grease Trap)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: Starting at $27 per hour (No prior industry experience required! We will train you!!)
Expected annual earnings $90,000–$100,000+ based on 55–65 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 2 AM – 2 PM (approx.)
- Weekends as needed
- Route Type:
Primarily local with occasional regional travel in AZ & NV (about 5–10%, typically one overnight per month)

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a team that protects clean water and keeps communities running safely.
What You’ll Do- Operate flatbeds, bobtails, and tankers as needed
- Collect, clean, and deliver used cooking oil (UCO) bins
- Perform grease-trap service at restaurants, plants, and facilities
- Handle bin pickups, swaps, and replacements
- Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT and company safety standards
Most routes are home daily, with only rare overnight stays for regional assignments.
What We Look For- Valid CDL Class A (required)
- 1+ year commercial or military driving experience
- Tanker endorsement (required before day one)
- Able to drive a 10-speed manual (preferred)
- Vacuum truck or tanker experience preferred
- Medically qualified to operate a CMV; able to lift 55+ lbs
- Acceptable driving record and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration
- Safety-minded team player who takes pride in their work
