10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Phoenix, AZ, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across over‑the‑road (OTR), regional, and dedicated fleets, with routes serving Phoenix and the surrounding Southwestern and western United States. - Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
- Training curriculum includes safe tractor‑trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, equipment securement, and company procedures.
- Progress is evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations, applicable state laws, and company policies.
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on‑time performance across assigned routes.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Secure freight and cargo according to regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow routing and scheduling instructions.
- Report accidents, incidents, mechanical issues, and other safety concerns per company procedures.
- Participate in required training, safety meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience are encouraged to apply; eligibility for paid training requires completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
- Ability to meet DOT medical, drug testing, and company hiring standards.
