Cabin Service Agent - Air

The Cabin Services Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, restocking supplies, and performing essential security checks.

• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Remove trash and debris from seats and seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required.

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.
• Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

• Work flexible schedules to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations.
• Available to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
• Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
