About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Phoenix, AZ, to haul for our dedicated customer. Area of operations includes Tucson and metro Phoenix, AZ. Pay

Get paid weekly while earning activity-based pay. Drivers will average $62,000 per year.

* $0.63 cpm for 0-50.9 miles
* $0.57 cpm for 51-100.9 miles
* $0.50 cpm for 101+ miles
* $5.25 for fueling
* $21 per stop
* $20.475 detention after one hour
* $13.50 per drop and hook
* $5.25 for pre and post trips

Schedule

Enjoy a home daily, Monday through Friday schedule with a 9 a.m. start time. Subject to change depending on customer demands. Drivers will need to be flexible and adapt quickly to change as the operation grows.

Minimum Requirements

* Must be at least 22 years or older

* No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

* No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

* With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired

* 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
