URBO Micro Markets is seeking a dependable, energetic Delivery Driver & Stocker to service and maintain our growing network of self-service markets. This position is responsible for delivering products, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, merchandising displays, and ensuring each market remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.

This is a fast-paced, independent role ideal for someone who enjoys driving, staying active, and taking ownership of their work.

• Load company vehicle with products for daily routes
• Deliver inventory to multiple market locations
• Unload and transport products into customer locations
• Restock snacks, beverages, fresh foods, and other merchandise
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Remove expired or damaged products

• Maintain attractive product displays
• Organize shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Ensure pricing labels are accurate and visible
• Keep markets clean, professional, and customer-ready

• Count inventory and report shortages
• Scan products and update inventory systems
• Track stock levels and identify reorder needs
• Assist with warehouse organization and receiving deliveries

• Maintain positive relationships with client locations
• Address minor customer concerns professionally
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
