Overnight Security​/Driver​/Bellman

Position Summary

Role of Driver to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by operating the courtesy shuttle to provide transportation to and from local destinations for guests.

• Operate the hotel shuttle service, ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Greet guests, welcome them to the hotel city, and keep current on hotel services and local attractions to answer questions and promote offerings.
• Handle all guest complaints, comments, observations, and challenges in a timely manner to achieve full guest satisfaction.
• Drive the shuttle to pick‑up and drop‑off guests at local destinations on request or on schedule.
• Follow airport procedures, shuttle traffic rules, and all safety regulations.
• Log trips and retain fuel receipts in accordance with hotel processes.
• Load and unload guest luggage from the shuttle, using a cart, and transport luggage to the guest room if required.
• Maintain communication with front office and other drivers via radio equipment to keep the hotel informed of status and location.
• Complete other duties to assist hotel operations, such as cleaning and maintaining the lobby area, polishing carts, washing front windows, stocking newspapers, arranging taxi or other transportation services for guests traveling outside the shuttle’s service area, keeping the shuttle fueled, reporting maintenance issues to engineering, and picking up necessary materials locally for departments.
• Provide 100% guest satisfaction by delivering the Radisson experience through a performance that demonstrates genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations.
• Ensure the continued presence of “Yes I Can!” spirit, genuine hospitality, and teamwork on an ongoing basis.

• State Driver’s License with no restrictions that prevent operation of hotel shuttle.
• Ability to clear all necessary airport certification requirements to operate an airport shuttle.

Sit or stand for the entire shift, drive for long periods with frequent stops, get in and out of the vehicle, walk frequently while lifting, and lift up to 70 pounds.
