Insomnia Cookies, a fast‑growing late‑night sweet indulgence company, is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier for our Phoenix store located at One East Washington Street, Suite 180, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

• Pay rate: $20.00/hr plus tips
• Pay‑on‑Demand – daily pay for shift earnings

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to update customers on status in accordance with company standards.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Own a working non‑motorized bicycle (electronic bikes not permitted).
• Own a smartphone with a data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
