DC Counter Route Driver Part-time M-F

Essential Job Functions

• Complete deliveries and pickups on assigned city counter routes in an accurate, efficient, safe, and courteous manner.
• Deliver store orders using a company vehicle, safely and professionally.
• Communicate with the city counter management team regarding parts delivery to stores.
• Manage delivery/pickup forms for company stores, city counter, and outside vendors.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is maintained according to company policy.
• Accurately deliver all orders to the correct locations.
• Follow route schedules and times set by the supervisor.
• Perform quality checks on loads before loading to ensure correct parts are pulled and accounted for.
• Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
• As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program, conduct training per schedule, and complete documentation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the DC Management team.

• Required:
• Clean driving record with the appropriate license required by state.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, respectful attitude.
• Desired:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous driving experience.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
