Delivery Service Driver I

We are looking for a CDL‑certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens.

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
• Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Available shift(s):
Sunday - Wednesday (4x10s), 5:00am – 3:00pm.

• Base pay: $28 per hour plus shift differential.
• Quarterly bonus up to $5,200/year.
• Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level‑up development programs.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker endorsement.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, twisting.
• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Safe driving record: limited MVR moving violations in the past 36 months.
• Zero tolerance for speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
