• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to the customer’s door; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a background check and have open availability.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to train and lead.

• Perform basic calculations accurately and quickly, including monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.
• Navigate maps to locate addresses within the designated delivery area; navigate adverse terrain.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes in store areas, food odors, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. Tasks include standing, walking on tiled surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, driving, pushing trays on dollies, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and reaching above 72 inches. Manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, and the ability to work under stress while meeting quality control standards are required.
