• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have open availability.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Ability to train and lead team members.

• Perform accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.

• Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Work involves a mix of prolonged standing, walking short distances, and driving within the delivery area. Responsibilities include lifting loads up to 50 pounds and carrying items such as large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough. The role requires good visual and motor coordination, the ability to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces, and exposure to varying temperature conditions, fumes, dust, and moving mechanical parts.
