Responsibilities
The Aviation Cabin Service Dispatcher coordinates and dispatches all cabin service operations to ensure that aircraft are cleaned, restocked, and prepared for departure in accordance with airline standards and schedules. This role is central to maintaining aircraft readiness, coordinating ground service teams, and ensuring operational efficiency and on-time performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor flight schedules and coordinate with flight operations to ensure accurate timing of service dispatch.
- Assign tasks to cabin service teams based on arrival/departure timelines and crew availability.
- Communicate effectively with ramp agents, cleaning crews, caterers, and maintenance staff to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Track the progress of service operations and escalate delays or issues to supervisors.
- Maintain real-time documentation of aircraft servicing, cleaning checklists, and inventory restocking.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with airline and regulatory safety standards.
- Operate dispatch software, radios, and internal systems to log activities and update statuses.
- Coordinate emergency response protocols in case of irregular operations (IROPS).
- Conduct or assist with briefings for cabin service agents and shift changes.
- Primarily airport ramp-side and office-based with exposure to outdoor conditions.
- Fast-paced and time-sensitive environment with coordination across multiple departments.

- Professional communication via radio and written reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or aviation-related coursework (preferred).
- Prior experience in operations, dispatching, or cabin services (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and airport operational procedures.
- Must pass airport background check and possess a valid driver's license (where applicable).
