The primary role of the Portable Toilet Delivery Driver (PTDD) is to drive a truck to various locations within Arizona to deliver, set‑up, pump, maintain and clean portable toilets. This is a self‑directed, physically demanding position.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver and service portable toilets.
  • Read, write and comprehend reports.
  • Maintain time and production metrics while following routes and service requirements.
  • Perform daily pre and post trip inspection of vehicle and maintain the vehicle’s inward and outward appearance.
  • Learn geography of assigned route and surrounding areas.
  • Operate vehicles with public safety as your primary responsibility.
  • Use communication device to effectively communicate with dispatch and route supervisors.
  • Observe and comply with hazardous waste and material handling and disposal procedures and regulations as set forth by local, state and federal environmental and health agencies.
  • Report all concerns, accidents, injuries or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Observe and comply with all applicable safety regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain collaborative working relationship with coworkers and customers.
  • Practice responsible money and payment handling techniques.
  • Assist yard personnel with the cleaning and storage of portable toilets.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Knowledge of:

    • Principles of customer service and equipment delivery.
    • Federal, state and local job site health and safety rules, regulations and best practices.

    Ability to:

    • Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
    • Proactively establish trust and credibility with coworkers by maintaining accountability.
    • Contribute to the team dynamic by promoting inclusion, support and collaboration amongst coworkers.
    • Take initiative, self‑manage time and productivity through multitasking.
    • Effectively and concisely communicate both orally and in writing.
    • Think independently and creatively to problem solve.
    • Read and understand routing.
    Education, Training & Experience
  • Class D license with clean driving record required.
  • Previous experience driving a stake bed truck required.
  • Experience in the portable restroom industry preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
