Supply Chain Oversight:
Coordinate and monitor the entire freight order cycle, ensuring seamless flow from us to end customers. Inventory Management:
Manage stock levels, delivery schedules, and storage solutions to prevent shortages and reduce overhead costs. Carrier & Vendor Relations:
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service levels with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
Monitor shipping and operational budgets, identifying bottlenecks and executing cost-saving strategies. Team Leadership:
Supervise warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators, fostering a safe and productive work environment Compliance & Problem Solving:
Resolve delivery delays, handle customer complaints, and ensure shipments comply with international and domestic regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA).

Required Qualifications MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND CAN DRIVE A TRUCK AND TRAILER (not CDL nor does it require daily driving)

Experience:

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with software
