Diesel Fleet Service Advisor

Hours & Pay

Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Starting rate of $30–$40 per hour, depending on related experience.

The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the Transportation Team and Fleet Repair Technicians.

• Fields calls for service, breakdowns, and schedules preventative maintenance appointments.
• Greets drivers upon arrival to the Fleet service center.
• Accepts vehicles for repairs.
• Notes damage or other driver concerns.
• Provides estimated repair time to Fleet Maintenance Manager.
• Updates daily out‑of‑service reports.
• Assigns vehicles to appropriate/available technicians.
• Builds repair orders in TMW/TTP.
• Maintains established parts inventory.
• Orders parts and performs cycle counts as needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Customer‑service skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when needed.
