Air Cargo Ramp Agent - Part Time

Ramp/Warehouse Agent duties include loading and unloading cargo (mail, express, baggage, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft; transporting cargo between terminals and aircraft; managing ramp transfers; handling freight and company material at express docks and baggage room; completing related forms; cabin cleaning and servicing; handling passenger furnishings; assisting in loading/unloading drums; de‑icing and cleaning aircraft; routine facility cleaning; monitoring security;

and performing maintenance on equipment. The role requires compliance with WFS site security procedures and reporting incidents via the WFS whistle blower program.

• Perform all functions in variable weather and environmental conditions (jet engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust, noise).
• Load and unload cargo weighing up to 70 lbs; push, pull, and position containers up to 3,200 lbs on aircraft.
• Drive vehicles 3,000–80,000 lbs in congested areas, positioning vehicles up to aircraft.
• Assist with push‑out operations for 80,000 lb vehicles, guiding drivers and communicating with cockpit.
• Transport cargo using 3,000 lb vehicles through congested areas.
• Read “off‑load” sheets to determine cargo destinations.
• Engage in proper ground‑to‑cockpit communication during push‑out or towing.
• Pull water hose from cabinet and connect to aircraft.
• Lift, connect, and remove 40 lb KVA electric cable to/from aircraft.
• De‑ice aircraft up to 80 ft, spray wings and fuselage with glycol.

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
