We are seeking an experienced and organized Sand and Gravel Dispatcher to coordinate the delivery of sand and gravel to various job sites.
** Seeking experienced candidates.
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer order request(s) and project deadlines.
- Monitor for on-time delivery schedules and job updates throughout the day.
- Take material orders and communicate the same with staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and order entries.
- Assist in optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience dispatching sand and gravel.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatching software or GPS tracking systems is a plus.
