Drivers will pick up floral orders from our Phoenix location and deliver them to customers throughout the Valley. This role requires efficiency, professionalism, and care when handling floral arrangements.

Routes begin daily at 6:30 AM, with the opportunity to complete two or more routes per day based on availability and performance.

• Pick up and organize delivery routes from our shop
• Deliver floral orders in a timely and professional manner
• Handle arrangements with care to ensure quality upon arrival
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements as needed

• Pay is $6.50 per completed delivery stop (not hourly). Drivers typically earn $130.00–$250.00+ per day depending on route volume and efficiency.

• Gas and mileage are not covered

On the road — routes are dispatched from our Phoenix location and deliveries will be made throughout Valley areas.
