Cdl-A Company Driver - 6Mo Exp Required - Dedicated - Dry Van

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to regulations, including hours of service and hazmat requirements.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain a valid Medical Examiner s Certificate.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record ELD, VIR, trip and dispatch information in company IT systems.
• Ensure proper cargo securement and load/unload as required.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to trip scheduling.
• Exhibit professional conduct with customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver s License (CDL)
• Valid DOT physical
• Endorsements:
  Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Completion of onboarding process including drug screening, background check, MVR, and PSP
• New-hire training including assessments, driving, trailer and forklift tests
• Minimum 21 years of age

Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• The position requires physical activity such as sitting, standing, lifting and reaching; cognitive requirements include maintaining situational awareness and reading manifests.

Work Environment

• Operating schedule varies; days may include Monday through Sunday depending on business needs.
