International Shipping Representative

• Interact and coordinate with co-workers, U-Haul International customers, U-Haul team members and locations, and transportation companies via phone and email
• Create and track ocean bookings
• Monitor, track, and update U-Box shipments to international destinations in the Transportation Management System and internal systems
• Manage, track, and update shipments and contracts in internal software and the transportation management system
• Coordinate with US/CAN U-Haul locations and carrier representatives
• Provide essential documents to U-Haul locations and carriers

• Ability to communicate professionally

• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

• Preferred: 1+ years’ experience in an office setting
• Preferred:
  Shipping/logistics industry-related experience and/or exposure

Demonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail while managing and tracking shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment. Proficient in using internal software and tools to coordinate effectively with team members and external partners.
