The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years' experience with a Class 1 Railroad or related entities, with travel 50–85% expected. You will coordinate jobsites, communicate with dispatchers and crews, enforce policies, and ensure On-Track Safety in line with 49 CFR 214.
