Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise and support vehicle operators in daily operations to meet short and long-term targets

+ Lead by example, ensuring all software and hardware tests meet high standards

+ Collaborate with Fleet Operations leaders to drive safe and efficient vehicle fleet management

+ Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members regularly

+ Coordinate administrative tasks related to team scheduling and operations

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit

+ Experience working in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proven safe driving record
