In-person interviews will be conducted Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at 2225 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009. Please bring your driver’s license, CDL + passenger endorsement (if applicable), SS card, and DOT medical card (if applicable).
Key Responsibilities- Execute operations safely by following designated routes, schedules, and all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, reporting maintenance issues and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
- Enforce company policies, seat belt use, emergency response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 21 years or older.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, or a valid CDL permit with the ability to obtain required endorsements.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination; compliance with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 regarding drug use.
- Starting pay $21.86, progressing to $32.46 over 5 years (subject to collective bargaining agreement pay scale).
- Up to 5 days paid vacation.
- Paid sick leave: up to 8 hours/month for full‑time employees.

- Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of duties performed outside.
- Sit extended periods (up to 6–8 hrs/day) and walk long distances on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Push, pull, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally bending, kneeling, or crouching.
- Tolerate heavy traffic, dust, vehicle fumes, and noise exposure.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen.
