Vale is building a modern matcha experience through mobile Matcha Bars that bring high-quality drinks and memorable hospitality directly to events, venues, and communities. As Vale expands into Phoenix, the Logistics Utility Associate will provide the hands-on-on support needed to keep our carts, products, vehicles, and warehouse moving safely and reliably.

Vale is expanding its mobile matcha bar operations into Phoenix, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Logistics Utility Associate to help keep our mobile operations moving.

This role supports nearly every stage of deployment readiness. Responsibilities include driving box trucks to deliver and retrieve Matcha Bars, operating a resupply van throughout Phoenix, preparing and restocking carts, completing cleaning and basic maintenance, washing dishes, receiving deliveries, and organizing the warehouse.

No two days will look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, comfortable performing physical work, and willing to take ownership of whatever needs to be completed to prepare and support successful deployments.

You are the person others can count on to get things where they need to go, keep equipment working, and finish the job correctly. You take care of vehicles, products, equipment, and work spaces as if they were your own.

You are comfortable shifting from driving a box truck to restocking a cart, repairing a minor issue, receiving a delivery, or helping clear the dish area. You understand that every task contributes to the success of the deployment, and you take pride in making sure the field team has what it needs to serve guests successfully.

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Vale’s insurance requirements
• Comfortable safely driving box trucks and cargo vans in city traffic
• Ability to pass any required motor vehicle, background, or employment screenings
• Ability to safely load, secure, move, and unload carts, equipment, and supplies
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods, including standing, bending, reaching, and walking
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in Phoenix weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and procedures
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules as required
