Warehouse Clerk

Overview

Empower Solar is a full-service, residential solar installer looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Clerk. This position is responsible for pulling assigned material for each solar installation, receiving incoming shipments, ensuring cleanliness of the warehouse, loading vehicles, and assisting in inventory counts.

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service.

• Must be self‑driven, highly motivated, goal- and task-oriented.
• Knowledge of residential construction.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a team player and a people person who enjoys talking to customers.
• Solution‑minded.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• High level of organizational professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment, maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations.

• Pull assigned job material based on pick list.
• Follow direction of Warehouse Manager.
• Receive incoming shipments.
• Open/close warehouse when necessary.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse and parking lot clean and free of trash.
• Pick up material from supply houses and distributors when necessary.
• Follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
• Always look for ways to improve efficiency and communication to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
