Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Phoenix, AZ location. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping, removing trash, and organizing materials.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and equipment.

Qualifications- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust, and noise).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other equipment.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle tools, materials, and small parts safely and efficiently.
