Warehouse Associate II

Overview

• Assist in shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders
• Stock and store warehouse inventory
• Fulfill purchase orders
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error and safety mishaps
• Assist with basic customer service
• Perform time-sensitive tasks with little or no supervision
• Prioritize workload with little or no supervision
• Navigate multiple systems and websites when completing tasks
• Use handheld scanner and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments
• Attention to detail and maintain high accuracy rate
• Resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Assist customers who come to pick up orders
• Process and invoice purchase orders
• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience
• Punctuality and consistent attendance a must
• Self-motivated — take initiative
• Detail oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and carry out directions from supervisor
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude
• Power equipment experience a must

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20 lbs.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
