Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including order pulling, packaging, material handling, shipping preparation, inventory movement, and general warehouse organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support customer satisfaction and operational success.

This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other material handling equipment
  • Load, unload, organize, and store products in designated warehouse areas
  • Use scanners or warehouse tracking systems to monitor inventory movement and shipments
  • Secure packages using tape, shrink wrap, carton staplers, and other packaging tools
  • Assist with product assembly, kitting, labeling, or preparation as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Report damaged materials, safety hazards, or equipment concerns promptly
  • Support team members and assist in additional warehouse functions as needed
  • Perform other duties assigned by warehouse leadership

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, or warehouse equipment is a plus
  • Familiarity with scanners, inventory systems, or shipping processes helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–100 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment
  • Ability to safely use warehouse tools and packaging equipment
