Schedule: No two weeks look the same at Chase Field. This position requires flexibility to support MLB games, concerts, and special events. Expect a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event‑driven shifts throughout the year.
Job SummaryJoin the dynamic operations team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, as a Warehouse Attendant. In this role you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations to support the various needs of the stadium.
Responsibilities- Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
- Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Place materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Fill requisition requests.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Open bales, crates and other containers.
- Record number of materials or items received or distributed.
- Use computer to enter records.
- Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Use proper lifting techniques.
- Thoroughly and accurately use Levy purchasing and other systems.
- Thoroughly complete all warehouse set‑up and breakdown responsibilities.
- Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
- Valid Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification (if required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requested for stadium events.
- Previous warehouse or related experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (6–12 hours) during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs.
- Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen/warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Exposure to dust, chemicals, allergens, outdoor weather elements, HVAC, and potential electrical hazards associated with stadium environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for tasks involving lifting, climbing, and operating machinery.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as grasping, lifting, or reaching during stocking and order fulfillment.
- Ability to operate material‑handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, dollies) safely and effectively.
