Warehouse Associate – Forklift Experience
Location: 3617
E. La Salle St. Phoenix, AZ 85040 (40th St and Southern)
Shift: Full time, Day shift
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
Responsibilities- Communicate and understand instructions related to general warehouse practices.
- Accurately move materials throughout the facility in an organized manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Receive shipments, compare purchase orders and delivery documentation to ensure receipt of goods, identify damaged items and report discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness to company standards.
- Assist in inventory management through the cycle count program.
- Engage in and promote safe work behaviors consistent with all safety guidelines and programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Forklift experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Full-time availability Monday – Friday.
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills preferred.
- Self‑starter; ability to work independently, productively and with minimal supervision.
- Shipping & Receiving experience in the Aerospace industry (preferred).
- Work performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift with a complete range of motion.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds at a time throughout the day.
- Requires ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
- Requires use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires bending, squatting, reaching.
- Operate an RF scanner gun, read/enter data via keypad or keyboard.
