Warehouse Associate – Forklift Experience

Location: 3617

E. La Salle St. Phoenix, AZ 85040 (40th St and Southern)

Shift: Full time, Day shift

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

• Communicate and understand instructions related to general warehouse practices.
• Accurately move materials throughout the facility in an organized manner.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Receive shipments, compare purchase orders and delivery documentation to ensure receipt of goods, identify damaged items and report discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to company standards.
• Assist in inventory management through the cycle count program.
• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors consistent with all safety guidelines and programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Forklift experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Full-time availability Monday – Friday.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.
• Self‑starter; ability to work independently, productively and with minimal supervision.
• Shipping & Receiving experience in the Aerospace industry (preferred).

• Work performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift with a complete range of motion.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds at a time throughout the day.
• Requires ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires bending, squatting, reaching.
• Operate an RF scanner gun, read/enter data via keypad or keyboard.
