Inventory Associate
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, occasional mandatory overtime on Thursdays
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85085

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counts, processing inventory transactions, and ensuring all inventory movements are properly documented. The ideal candidate will have hands-on inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working with handheld inventory devices.

• Pick and fulfill Manufacturing and Sales Orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Review and verify incoming receipts for accuracy and compliance with company specifications.
• Process inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Verify lot and batch information upon receipt of inventory.
• Update and maintain inventory error logs.
• Assist with inventory transfers between locations.
• Support warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Associate, or similar warehouse role.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Hands-on experience with inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, and order picking.
• Experience using handheld inventory control devices or scanners.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Candidates should have proven inventory control experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with cycle counts, inventory transactions, receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy is highly preferred.
