Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Duties include loading orders onto trucks, organizing incoming stock, and labeling outgoing items.

• Support the inbound and outbound operation
• Unload trailers by hand
• Move furniture with dollies and pallet jacks
• Ensure outbound picked furniture matches invoice before loading into contractor’s vehicle for delivery
• Ensure that outbound furniture does not have any damages or flaws
• Prepare customer orders and ensure outbound furniture is properly assembled
• Use proper lifting techniques: lift, push, stooping, twisting, bending
• Use RF scanners to scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination
• Consistently lift/move products up to 100 lbs
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet company standards for productivity
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changes

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1‑2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation: $16.00 – $20.80 hourly. Overtime pay is available for eligible non‑exempt Team Members. Eligible Team Members may receive a bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
