Founded in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a custom last‑mile distribution company providing tailored solutions to food‑service industry customers across the United States.

Warehouse Associate – Phoenix

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders on time.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification required).
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
Selector (Picker) Specific
  • Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
  • Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high‑traffic warehouse areas.
  • Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product.
  • Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork.
  • Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
  • Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
  • Use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders.
Schedule & Setting
  • Sundays off.
  • Part‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer:

    -5 °F to 38 °F).
  • Pay $23.64.
  • Primarily a 4‑day work week, start time 8 a.m.
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.
