Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
This is a critical operational role that keeps our fulfillment engine running. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you own the accuracy and integrity of our inventory — and you take that ownership seriously. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where precision isn't a preference, it's a requirement. As Inventory Control you will help lead day-to-day operations, utilizing the Warehouse Team or others as needed to fulfill inventory and order issues. You will know the processes well enough to support your team members, help back up Warehouse Lead when needed, and motivate and be accountable on basic tasks. This is a full time role reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
WhatYou’ll Own
Bulk Inventory Management
- Conduct and report regular cycle counts, physical audits, and spot checks to ensure inventory records are accurate and current
- Reconcile physical counts against system data; investigate and resolve all discrepancies with urgency and detail
- Work with receiving team to inspect damaged material; document damage or discrepancies, and other reporting as needed.
Systems & Organization
- Maintain real-time inventory records in our inventory management system
- Own and update the BTP (Blanks-to-pull) as a live document with full accountability
- Process Pick Tickets (7 Day, Sync, BTP) daily and manage all ticket changes and error reports
- Organize and label warehouse products according to established storage and coding procedures to maximize picking accuracy and space efficiency
Communication & Problem‑Solving
- Serve as the first point of contact for inventory questions and concerns; escalat e appropriately to the Warehouse Manager
- Communicate proactively and in detail with the Ops team, Department Leads, and management via email and daily check‑ins
- Initiate and lead inventory searches; present findings and proposed solutions — don't just report problems, bring a path forward
- Alert management and relevant teams to shortages, discrepancies, or fulfillment concerns before they impact schedules
Reporting
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, shrinkage, fulfillment metrics, and inventory health
- Review 7 Day production pipeline to ensure all jobs are reflected on the BTP; flag shortages and scheduling conflicts proactively
Warehouse Standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Audit floor map and physical pallet locations twice weekly to verify system-to-floor accuracy
- Back up Warehouse Lead and Forklift Operator as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of warehouse inventory control and/or printing experience preferred
- Comfortable with data entry, inventory systems, and reporting tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods; lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and crouch as needed throughout the shift
