A Distribution Driver completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Supports all day‑to‑day Warehouse duties such as packaging, inventory, shipping, picking, and receiving. Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

• Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks and follow safety regulations.
• Complete daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, packaging, pulling, inventory, and organization.
• Unload shipments from suppliers, verifying order accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to changing task demands.
• Prepare product for manufacturing and distribution.
• Inspect product for defects and verify correct counts.
• Assist with deliveries and drive company vehicles when needed.
• Perform delivery duties using cars, vans, and light trucks to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company safety standards, and delivery protocols while representing the company professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to verify routes, schedules, and order accuracy.
• Perform in‑process checks and inventory adjustments.
• Load and receive merchandise, build orders, and organize items.
• Interpret production schedules and ensure proper materials are in inventory and ready.
• Maintain appropriate packaging inventory.
• Work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and completing tasks assigned by supervisor or lead operator.
• Occasionally use warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Assist other employees in accomplishing company goals.
• Participate in company‑required training programs.
• Meet all quality standards in assigned tasks.
• Participate in Environmental, Health, Safety and OSHA initiatives as set by the company.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives assigned by manager.

• Minimum 2–3+ years of warehousing experience.
• Ability to drive forklift and organize materials.
• High school diploma required; 0 to 2 years of experience usually required.
• Licensed stand‑up and sit‑down forklift experience is a plus.
• Previous delivery driving experience with different vehicle types strongly preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
• Capability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Access and navigation through each department at the organization’s facilities.
• Completion of repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods.
